Vehicles, merchandise, and commercial freight: crossing the border every day.
Lenoah is a customs brokerage with certified agents that manages complete importations — tariff classification, customs declarations, border crossing, and delivery — for businesses and individuals at the Tijuana–San Diego border.
Every streak of light represents a crossing: one toward Mexico, another toward the United States, non-stop.
One team for everything you need to import.
Whether it's a car, a container, or a one-time consultation: the same standard of certified agents on every operation.

Technology speeds up first contact; every customs declaration is signed by a certified customs agent.
Active sector registries and trading company service.
Many operations fail right here — from not having the correct registry. Lenoah already solved that part.
Multiple Sector Registries
We hold the General Importers Registry and an extensive catalog of active Specific Sector registries, to move regulated merchandise without you having to process them yourself.
Trading Company Service
Does your company not have its own registry, or is this your first import? Lenoah can operate as a trading company and import under your name, legally and fully documented from start to finish.
6 things you should know before importing.
What first-time importers almost always ask us.
Check permits and NOM requirements before buying
Some products require a prior permit or must comply with an Official Mexican Standard (NOM). Check this before closing the purchase, not after.
Gather a complete commercial invoice
Detailed description, value, quantity, and country of origin. An incomplete invoice is the number one cause of delays.
Budget for taxes, not just the purchase price
IGI, DTA, and VAT are added to the product cost. Get your estimate before buying, not when you arrive at the border.
Confirm if you need a sector registry
Certain merchandise requires a specific sector registry. We have an extensive catalog of active registries, and we confirm this for you before quoting.
Schedule your crossing appointment in advance
Especially during peak season. A scheduled appointment avoids wasted hours at the border.
Keep your complete file
Customs declaration, invoice, and COVE. These help with future clarifications or a faster next import.
What people ask us most.
If your question isn't here, write to us and we'll gladly answer it.
Do I need an importer registry to bring merchandise into Mexico?+
Yes, in most cases you need to be enrolled in the Importers Registry, and for certain products, also in a Specific Sectors Importers Registry. If you don't have either, Lenoah can operate as a trading company and import under your name.
How long does the complete import process take?+
It depends on the type of merchandise and whether your declaration is selected for customs inspection (physical review) or free clearance. Once documentation is complete, processing and crossing are usually resolved within a couple of business days.
What taxes will I pay when importing?+
Generally, the General Import Tax (IGI), Customs Processing Fee (DTA), and VAT (IVA) are calculated. For vehicles, the New Vehicle Tax (ISAN) is also added. We give you an estimate before you decide to move forward.
Can I import as an individual, without a company?+
Yes, depending on the type and value of the merchandise. In several cases, we can also support you with our trading company service if you don't have the required registry.
What happens if my declaration is selected for customs inspection (red light)?+
A certified agent accompanies you during the physical inspection. That's why we make sure documentation and tariff classification are correct from the start: it reduces the risk of issues.
Do you work with any type of merchandise?+
We handle vehicles, commercial freight, and general merchandise. For sectors regulated under specific registries, we confirm with you before quoting to make sure we can handle your import.
